KJS120 series NC precision slitting production line is for material 6mm thick, 2000mm width of coil, with speed 120m/min, cutting strips 30 pieces.

* The machine consists of coil car, uncoiler, straightener, loop 1, slitting machine, scrap winder, loop ll, tension unit (pad tension/belt bridle tension), belt bridle, recoiler, assistant support, exit coil car, hydraulic system, electrical system etc.

* With computer display, the whole line is controlled by PLC which is one of the brands including Mitsubishi, Siemens, and servo motor/inverter/electronic brand from Yaskawa, Delta, and Schneider.

* Belt bridle tension the precision surface requirements with a big cost saving.
